Boca is the Papiamento word for mouth. The mouth is an important part of the face and shows your personality. The mouth also communicates your thoughts and shows your thinking. And I, Bianca Prins, am the face of Boca Prins Hospitality. Furthermore, Boca Prins is a magnificent piece of nature in the Natural Park Arikok on Aruba and is one of my favorite places in the world.

I am Bianca Prins and I have been working in the hospitality industry for many years, with passion and dedication. I was born with a commercial and guest-oriented attitude and my entrepreneurship is a thing I have grown up with, as I grew up in an entrepreneurial family. I studied Hotel Management in Maastricht and learned the value of professionalism.

After my graduation, I worked in the sales & marketing department of several Hotel groups in the Netherlands. In this period, I prepared and executed annual sales & marketing plans during the year. I also worked with the pre-opening team of a launding hotel and an internal employment agency to recruit and employ temporary personnel.

Between 2011 and 2014, I worked in an operational function in a boutique hotel on Aruba. I further developed my hospitality skills, and guest and colleagues experienced my genuine interest in people. My spirit is always: let guests feel a warm and continuous welcome during their entire stay and beyond, while keeping the commercial goals for the property and owner in mind.

Since August 2014, I returned to the Netherlands again with a better and broader look at how to explore hospitality and with many relevant experiences of how guests with different backgrounds and origins experience hospitality and what they expect from the property. With these experiences and my enthusiasm, I would like to collaborate with hoteliers in the Netherlands or abroad!
